Let’s Plan Your Painting

How It Works

01 — Tell me the story.

Send reference photographs and tell me what makes the subject meaningful to you.

02 — Draft Together.

We’ll select the size, orientation, reference image, and any important details before painting begins.

03 — Reserve your commission.

A 25% non-refundable deposit places your painting on my studio calendar.

04 — I paint.

Your painting is created in oils using your photographs and our conversation as reference.

05 — Final approval.

You’ll have an opportunity to review the finished work before final payment. Two edits permitted (ex. darker the background, make the ears bigger.)

06 — It comes home.

Once sufficiently dry and safely prepared, your original painting is carefully packaged and shipped.
