All artwork, images, text, and designs on this Site are the property of Katie Sermons and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent. Professional photographs of Katie and some paint scenes are property of Seawright Media and may not be reproduced, copied, etc. along the same terms as above.

Orders & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. Payments are processed securely through Squarespace’s payment provider: ——-.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from Atlanta, GA through Digital Art Studios, within the timeframe listed on the product page. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Limitation of Liability

This Site and its contents are provided “as is.” We are not responsible for damages arising from the use or inability to use this Site, or from third-party links.

3. Return Policy

Effective Date: August 12, 2025

I want you to love your artwork. So please read my return policy carefully:

• Original paintings & commissioned works: All sales are final.

  • If I need to varnish the painting, it will need to dry fully before shipping and I will communicate that timeline with you personally.

• Prints: Refunds or exchanges are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos. - I will personally inspect each and every print so if it’s not to my standard, or yours, let’s fix it.

• Commissions: accepted on limited basis. You may offer up to 3 critiques per painting, so I can reasonably improve the painting to your liking as best as possible. Please be detailed in the changes you’d like made and we will work together to create an original, custom painting that you will cherish for a lifetime.

Return Process

Email katiesermonsart@gmail.com with your order number and issue.

Approved returns must be shipped back in original packaging within 14 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged in transit.
