You want to experience the beauty of Colorado, but you’re not looking for high intensity or long distance? En plein air painting is the perfect balance of immersing yourself outdoors, engaging creatively, and slowing down.
Together we’ll spend time painting outdoors, surrounded by beautiful scenery, good conversation, and moments that deserve to be remembered long after the day is over.
No experience is necessary. Just come curious.
Experiences can happen almost anywhere within 45 miles of Colorado Springs, but ideal spots include Garden of the Gods, Rock Ledge Ranch, local gardens, and The Broadmoor.

Your Experience Includes:
Personalized instruction from start to finish
All professional oil painting supplies
Belgian linen canvas panel
Coffee and pastry, or pre-packed snacks depending on location
Composition, color mixing, values, and brushwork guidance
A finished original painting created by you

What’s Included:
Each experience is customized to your group, location, and goals. Whether everyone is painting for the first time or you’re hosting experienced artists, I’ll provide everything needed for a memorable day outdoors. Similar to the private en plein air experience, guests will be provided refreshments, guidance start to finish, and leave with a finished painting on Belgian linen panel.
Pricing is customized based on group size and location.
Base Cost: $150. Then, $95 per participant. Minimum group size: 3 guests.
